2005 Explorer 4.0 Engine Problems. 2005 Explorer 4.0 V6 115k miles. Just had timing chains done. I keep having this noise/issue with the motor I cannot get an answer as to what is wrong. The ASC motor is a metal cylindal with two bolts and 1 wiring harness on one end. I clean mine about every 15,000 when I change the oil, etc.
