1. First, print out the free easter bunny template for the puppet, and cut it out. 2. Using the marking pen, trace around the template onto one piece of white felt. 3. Pin two sheets of felt together. Sew around the bunny on the line. 4. Carefully cut around the bunny close to the stitching line. Cut a small hole into the sock and thread the yarn through it. 2. Tie off the top of the sock with a knot to prevent any string from coming out. 3. Wrap yarn around your finger and tie another knot. 4. Pull up the bottom of the sock, making sure there is enough space for both your hand and your finger to go inside of it. Step 4: Head. The head was difficult to shape correctly. Fold a piece of construction paper into 3rds lengthwise. Use construction paper that's 12 by 18 in (30 by 46 cm). First, take one of the longer edges of the paper and fold it up a third of the way. Then, repeat with the opposite long edge. Fold the paper so that you have 3 equal sections. Fold a piece of paper into thirds lengthwise and cut off one of the sections. Fold the paper back in half lengthwise and fold on the width of the paper. Take it just more than halfway and fold it back. Flip it over and do the same thing. Tape up the long side folds (1 piece of tape per section is fine). Start gluing the sticks together to form your puppet! I started with the dress.
