Currenty there has been 3bottles of dpf cleaner through her and when warmed up I will give her revs in 2nd and 3rd to help clear the dpf. More issues with the car: C4GP 1.6 HDI 2007 Manual Gearbox Took in to garage today to get alternator belt and tensioner replaced. On way home engine management light came on and 'antipollution faulty' flashed on the display. The gearbox is a mismatch when it’s paired with the 154bhp 1.6 THP petrol engine, but it is far better suited to the less urgent, steadier character of the 110bhp 1.6 HDi unit. I love the car, I like its space, economy and with the auto box it's still a great drive. My last 59 plate Grand Picasso with the semi auto box had the same 1600 HDi engine I believe and did 100k miles over 8 years without major issues, but this one is linked to Adblue, and I believe therein lies the problem.
